50% of the total venue fee.

Can we schedule a food tasting before we finalize our menu selection?
One complimentary tasting is provided for each couple. Additional tastings are $50. Guests are $25 each.

Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided?

Can I bring in a cake from an outside baker?
If it meets Pole Barn Chic criteria, yes. Contact us to discuss.

Is there a cake-cutting fee? $2.00 per person.

Can we bring our own wine, beer or champagne? No.

Are there charges for bar staff? Yes.

In and Around our Facilities

I'm interested in booking my reception with you! Can I have my ceremony here, too?
Yes. We prefer ceremonies be help outside near our scenic pond, but we do have an alternate space inside the Pole Barn Chic House.

Is there an additional cost?

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes, the entire Pole Barn Chic House is available to rent, or individual rooms can be rented. Ask about individual room pricing.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?
Pole Barn Chic prides itself on being a luxury venue, allowing the beauty to radiate through every room. Please keep in mind additional decorations are not needed in the venue and may clash with the current aesthetics. Our onsite wedding planners make sure the merriers visions come true when we discuss the budget allotment.

Do you offer a rain plan or indoor alternative for outdoor weddings?
Yes. We have two alternative options we can discuss.

Do you provide heaters and/or umbrellas for the outdoor spaces?

We have our own planner. Can they handle our event on your property?

We have several on-site wedding planners that will be dedicated to making sure your day runs as smoothly as possible. Outside planners are not allowed.

Is there ample parking for our guests?
We have a brand new paved parking lot that accommodates 100 vehicles.

We have children in the wedding party. Can they come in the home to have hair done with the rest of the party?
There is a non-refundable fee of $1,500 for the 1st child and an additional $500 per child that needs to use the home. No more than 3 children are allowed in the home.

Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?
Yes, both.

How much time is allocated for the rehearsal?
1 hour.

What security services do you offer?
PBC has over 20, 24-hour surveillance cameras on premises, including inside and outside the venues and spanning the complimentary parking lot. Additionally, we also choose to have security at each event.

Do you provide a coat check service? If desired, yes.

Does the venue staff provide assistance handling gifts after the wedding? 
Yes. We offer this as a complementary service to place gifts securely back into the home or to an onsite vehicle.

What overnight accommodations do you provide? 
Overnight accommodations in our House are for the merriers only.

What are the nearest hotels to the venue?
There are several hotels located within a few miles of the venue.

Is the site accessible for people with disabilities? Yes.

Are there age restrictions?
Yes. The House is strictly a 21+ venue. No exceptions will be made to this. The Party Garage and the Pole Barn Venue are suitable for all ages.

Do you allow sparkler exits, confetti, streamers, glitter, foam, fog, cold sparks?
YES YES YES!!!! Ask about pricing options.

Is smoking allowed on premises?
Yes, but we have a designated smoking area. All cigarette butts are required to be disposed of in the provided smoking receptacles.
